Everyone Was amazingly friendly, the hotel location was excellent, and the town it’s self was full of wonderful shops, art skills, and restaurants with food that we have never tasted before and was absolutely delicious.
My wife and I absolutely love this place! The owners and their entire family (Jamie and Patricia included) are amazing, wonderful people with a great passion for this place. We have had a wonderful stay and have enjoyed every moment. This place is beautiful and the staff is great. Thank you Riverview Mansion. We will be back again!
Beautiful and home feeling to the hotel. They had popcorn during the day and into the evening, coffee the same Actual quilts on the bed instead of the standard hotel bedspread. Just a beautiful place to stay. The only negative I could say is you could hear the highway traffic but it was not that distracting.
Great little Mom and Pop hotel which we found to be clean and comfortable for our overnight stay. Will definitely stay here again if our travels take us in the area.
This was probably the nicest motel-style stay I've ever had, honestly. Bedding was great, didn't have the familiar old mildew/water smell you'd associate with a motel, and the breakfast was impressive. There were no tea/coffee service in room but there's a microwave and fridge.
We’ve stayed here several times and always had a good experience. Their breakfast isn’t much just muffins and cereal but the diner next door is great and we walk to it so that works for us
This was a delightful surprise. It was very cute and well maintained. The Outpost was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The stay was incredibly relaxing and we truly had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!
The Inn is well located downtown near restaurants and attractions. This historical home is a beautiful old Victorian with all the charm you would expect. The owners are very attentive and gracious hosts. We would definitely return.
I fell in love with the rooms from the Expedia pictures. When I arrived and saw the room and the hotel I was still in love.
The biggest draw back was no elevator. Yes, it was only one flight of stairs. However, it felt like five trying to maneuver them with luggage and a cane.
It was a beautiful space and I'm still glad I stayed there.
This motel isn't a big brand...it's just a nicely run motel. These owners seem to "get it" (get what travelers really want)......Clean, nicely updated at a reasonable price. Keep up the good work.
(Additional note: I've been on the road for two weeks and have found that most of the "name" motels make me cringe....the motel business as a whole has gone downhill in recent years.)
Staff was great and helpful. Small but clean room. AC unit was noisy but still slept well. Some issues with Internet before and during eclipse. Good breakfast.
Overall stay was nice, friendly staff, and nice community. My only complaint is that the bathroom in room 117 has dirt AND DUST ON THE FLOOR AND THE CEILING LOOKED LIKE IT MAY HAVE MOLD ON IT. I will stay again just not in that room unless it has a make over.
