The studios are very clean, tidy and have electric ceiling fans, heat pumps and gauzed sliding widows.. Apartments are literally 10 to 15 meters away from the beautiful lagoon. Would definitely stay there again. One word of advice. Anyone taking a DSLR Camera to Rarotonga take a CPL Lens filter. Just to take the ripple effect off the water when windy."

"For five nights I enjoyed my well appointed suite, which had facilities for laundry, cooking, outdoor bbq, and patio. The outdoor patio had covered areas which were great during the occasional rains. There was an inside shower and an outdoor soaking tub. Many sliding doors with screens allowed cross ventilation, and it all could be closed at night for cooling with the mini split. The outdoor pool area also had two smaller hot tubs. Though there was a breakfast area in the common area, breakfast was by prearrangement, and I did not take advantage of that. Spa services were available, and a bicycle was also available for hire. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Though the villas are not on the main island tourist bus route, it is about a 1km walk to one of the main intersections. The Saturday market is about a 24 minute walk. To trader jacks, 27 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. "
