"We flew in the terminal C and had difficulty locating the hotel. There is no signage so if you don’t know your way, ask someone for directions. Front Desk staff is very friendly, room was clean and it certainly is convenient. Yes, there is noise from the airplanes, but that’s to be expected. If you’re coming in late to San Juan, it’s a great place to stay. Breakfast included!"

"Slowest service. Better for families with kids . Resort has unsupervised children running everywhere! Amenities such as pool tables, ping pong no activity specialist! Games are missing paddles cue balls . Service at pool bars poor ! Takes 20 minutes to get a drink . No waitress service outside at pools . Food in restaurants not great but costly . No water coolers around pool area . This property is for family with kids that just want a water park You need to pay for tennis or pickle ball . Only one 18 and over bar ! Nightly entertainment was good however you had kids running around doing gymnastics in the middle of the floor ! Hard to enjoy ! "

"Top notch! Will definitely stay here again. Great location, delicious breakfast buffet and Ocean Breeze Bar was fun. Workout facilities were clean and full of latest equipment. There were plenty of areas to go and relax, the ocean was relaxing and the rooms were clean and quiet!"
