The building was an example of fine architecture and well decorated. The room was exactly as advertised with a great view of the surrounding area. The most important part of my stay was the attention provided by Taieb the manager whether it was help with finding a tour guide or when a where to have breakfast everything ran smooth and I felt like my patronage was valued. Anyone staying at this property will not be disappointed.

Our stay at El Patio Courtyard House was truly exceptional and a highlight of our time in Tunisia. Ahmed was an amazing host—warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive from start to finish. This was a stunningly beautiful Tunisian Villa, authentically restored to its origins as a 17th century merchant's home in the heart of the souk. Being a frequent traveler Expedia VIP member this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in 5 continents. It is family run, 5 rooms ON the water, amazing views and great personalized service. I can't say enough about how perfect this place was. The location is absolutely perfect and I used the map and recommendations provided throughout my trip. I stayed in the Blue Room and the original tiles were beautiful. The breakfasts every morning were absolutely delicious. Every one of them could be on the menu at any top brunch place in New York City. The cat also made my trip. It never came into my room, but waited for me outside of my door every morning wanting a cuddle.
