We spent most of the day by the main pool and we were taking care of by Slim. We’d venture out in the afternoon. We loved Sidi Bou Said. There were great restaurants near the hotel. The food was delicious at hotel and every where we went."

Excellent experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of choices. The location is very convenient, especially as it is close to Tunis-Carthage International Airport. Parking was also a great advantage. The building was an example of fine architecture and well decorated. The room was exactly as advertised with a great view of the surrounding area. The most important part of my stay was the attention provided by Taieb the manager whether it was help with finding a tour guide or when a where to have breakfast everything ran smooth and I felt like my patronage was valued. Anyone staying at this property will not be disappointed.
It was our fifth stay in this hotel over the last 3 years, and once more we have been very satisfied with the experience. As known, the overall situation in Tunesia is not very appealing but the hotel is coping very well with the difficult circumstances. Therefore, we continue to recommend visiting this place.
I would give six stars to this Hotel if I could it was so great. The pool was excellent. The water was clean with no taste of chemicals. The staff was great. The place was spotless. Breakfast was delicious cooked to your liking attention to all detail. I highly recommend this beautiful palace with marble floors.

The property was gorgeous - marble everywhere. The staff was extremely professional, accommodating, multilingual. I was surprised that the gym was not on par with the rest of the services, but you could still do what you needed to do.
it is very nice hotel over all clean, spacious rooms, the area is ok has many cafes and some restaurants, but the major problem is the disco on top of the hotel. you must reject any room in 5th floor otherwise u will dancing the whole night. even when I changed my room to the second floor I still can hear the drums shaking however not as bad. I would advice owners of this hotel to choose between customers of disco or customers of the hotel. breakfast was ok but not 5-star hotel level.
