"Spotless. Highly recommended place to stay. It is quiet, peaceful, full of nature. The staff was friendly and courteous. The A/C unit was enough to bring comfort either when hot and also at night with cool weather. "
"We were satisfied with our stay at Hotel Alborada. The staff was very helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was good. The location is right in the shopping district downtown close to shops and restaurants. This is an older property but we felt we had a good stay and received excellent value."
"Good central hotel to stay at, my experience with the staff was good, they’re were efficient on their job and friendly!
Stocked bar and a good hotel restaurant!

"Outstanding customer service, friendly staff, nice, clean rooms in excellent condition (I’ve stayed 3 times in 3 different rooms), great breakfast, great restaurant, excellent location with everything you need right outside the door."
"Reservamos considerando las fotos de las habitaciones donde se mostraban opciones con espacio común (living y comedor). En nuestro caso, familia de 4 personas, estuvimos algo apretados ya que nuestra habitación no contaba con esos espacios comunes.
Lo demás, estuvo bien!"
"Simple clean hotel in a quiet area of Concepcion — need to taxi or have a car as not much nearby, but the hotel restaurant was very reasonable and good "

The staff was very helpful and was very patient with our lack of Spanish. The drive into the basement parking lot was extremely steep and quite narrow. Quite nerve wracking getting in and out. But the facilities were well taken care of and the location is near the town center
