- there was nobody to check us in
- we tried contacting the owners and they never answered
- the place smelled and it was dusty.
- the bathroom was dirty: there was public hair on a used towel. There was mold all over the bathroom, they offered us no toilet paper.
- the bedsheets were stained, dirty.

The owners were very friendly and lovely. They speak a little English, so prepared a welcome note for us explaining everything. Breakfast was delicious, hot cooked sausage and eggs and also fruit and breads.

The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous, and the location was perfect for our tours—easy access to various transportation options. When we visited, it was a family-operated hotel, and the owner and his family were so kind and welcoming.
