We had a wonderful stay at the Decanter. The staff was amazing and so helpful and kind. We were down there for our son's wedding and had several rooms. What made the stay even more special is that we were able to connect 4 rooms through interior doors. The rooms were spacious and the suites offered two separate

The staff members at this location were wonderful! Front desk, pool / beach security, pool attendants, our floor attendant Jessica all were so very kind and helpful with everything on our 4 day stay. The hotel is located right on the beach, next to many delicious restaurants and so close to the airport and Old San Juan. Beautiful beach and pool. We stayed in an Ocean View room and the views were spectacular. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Recently stayed here for a friend's wedding in San Juan and was very satisfied with my stay. The inn is well kept and there is always someone at the front desk. Check-in was fast & easy and I was happy to see that in order to enter the hotel you need to be buzzed in (a code to enter is provided after check-in). The property is beautiful, clean, modern, and family friendly! My family and I had a blast. After a long day of beach, family and fun we would all come back to the property swim and call it a night. It was perfect!

Hotel Milano is placed in a great area, me and my mate was able to walk to pretty much everything, food, shopping, bars, and local convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were even given complimentary umbrella for the rain. I really appreciate the hospitality, I would definitely recommend others to stay here. I felt safe and everyone in the area was very welcoming.
