Was given a smoking room but Mr Anar (Night Manager) ensured that my non-smoking rooms are allocated next day. He was super helpful and a very friendly guy. Orkhan from the Bar was superb as well. Very helpful and had a great chat with him. Fatima from the restaurant was very courteous."
