We had to wait over an hour to meet the host late in the evening when we were so tired. The condition of the apartment was bad. Faucet was broken (though usable), cracks on walls and ants in the kitchen. We would've left if we had other availability nearby. "

Breakfast buffet was great; and they really do it up right. Easy to get to location. 95% of the staff I encountered were friendly. The in hotel restaurant has a friendly staff - their food was good quality, fresh and clean. The room was decent only, but we’ll worth the price. Overnight parking was 10 euros nightly which came out to 13 euros including taxes. I would stay here again.
Our stay at Hotel Blue Mare was wonderful. Our room had a beautiful view of the harbor in Novigrad. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous during our stay.

Yes, it may seem like you are out in the boonies but actually you are only 20 minutes or less from town using the bus which is right across from the hotel. The apartment was a fantastic accommodation in a quiet residential area, yet not far from the city center. Every area was nicely decorated and everting needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The host was always helpful when we had questions. Check in and check out were easy. My only recommendation would be to include the city tax in the reservation. The room was very spacious and bathroom was very modern. Particularly enjoyed the breakfast which was large. Staff extremely attentive. It was a 15 minute to Old Town. Parking was very expensive at 35 Euros/nite. Two suggestions to hotel, rethink the parking rates, and offer fragrance free bathroom products.
This accommodation was very well located in old town next to all of the highlights of the area (sites, restaurants, attractions, etc.). The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Note that this place is in an area where cars are not allowed and you will have to walk from your transportation (bus, shuttle, taxi, etc.) or park in a nearby parking garage. We did not interact in person with any staff, but they were responsive via email/messages in Hotel.com.

Wonderfully located quiet spot around the corner from the main river walkway and centre. Apartment was spacious, modern, comfortable and well equipped. They have a few reserved parking spots in front of their place for an incremental fee which was well worth it. Breakfast buffet was simple but covered the basics nicely.
