I would go as far as to say it was some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced at a hotel in years. The complex is peaceful and beautiful, and the rooms are large. The restaurant is great, food was fantastic, and the support we received for the conference was exceptional. I’d definitely stay at Birchwood again if u return to South Africa"
