"The biggest issue we had was that our children came down with food poisoning and got incredibly sick during our stay. Physically ill all over the room at 2am. Not the hotel's fault and we were ready to clean everything up ourselves. Unfortunately, when we went to the front desk to ask for supplies (paper towels, trash bags, cleaner, etc) to clean up the vomit, we were told no multiple times but the front desk clerk. We resorted to using all the towels in the room and soap from the shower. We...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, always happy to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated — a perfect place to relax after a long day. "What an amazing place....my only regret is not staying longer. The staff were amazing, so kind and always there to help.... The rooms are just brilliant.....the views over the mountain towards the sea one way, Phuket town in the distance the other....beautiful woodland surroundings. All i could hear was birdsong and the chirping of insects.....perfect. Then there is the food and little store.....first if all the prices are lower than i expected, fantastic! The FOOD! Oh my how i enjoyed...
