The hotel is new and very clean. The location is great. Only two tramway stops from the town's main bazaar and the clock tower. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the historical elevator (TARIHI ASANSOR) which is perfect for sunset photoshoots. The view from breakfast room is amazing. I decided to come back and there was a great improvement in room quality...especially with the updated the bathrooms. This is one of the oldest hotels with very nice staff and rooms with wonderful, spacious balconies!

It is located in a quite area - no noisy restaurants, no mosques, no transport. You can sleep with open windows without any problem. Also there is a train station nearby, and many bus and tram stops, so you can travel to any location. The esplanade is not verycfar from the hotel, ~15 minutes walking. So you can go and enjoy the promenade.

Staff at the reception were very professional and helpful. They arranged for the tour, although people should shop around for the best price. Rooms were very clean and staff upgraded my room to a suite. Sea-view room for the suite was excellent with 3 different large windows and balcony door. Location of the hotel is very convenient to close by ferries and main streets with plenty of food places along the shoreline walway.
