"We had a wonderful stay as a family with little kid. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was available every day. Front desk staff was very helpful and attentive. Front desk made an effort to pack us small breakfast for the road as we checked out every early in the morning. It is a beautiful property in the center of the city and in front of the Tooth relic temple."

"A Peaceful Home Away From Home Our family absolutely loved our stay at Tathya Hills Luxury Retreat. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. Nestled in the hills just a short drive from the town centre and Lovers Leap Waterfall, the property offers a peaceful escape surrounded by beautiful scenery. Our family room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our family of four. The bathroom was well-appointed, and the heater kept the room warm and comfortable during the cooler evenings. Breakfast was served promptly each morning at our requested time and included a simple but satisfying cooked breakfast with toast, jams, tea, and coffee. What really made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always available to help, offering great recommendations on local attractions and places to visit. We also enjoyed spending time in the shared living area, which provided a relaxing space to unwind, with books to read, games to play, and comfortable seating. I would highly recommend Tathya Hills Luxury Retreat to anyone seeking a quiet, relaxing getaway away from the hustle and bustle of town and the standard hotel experience. It’s a wonderful place to slow down, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the area."

"The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was very delicious. I personally loved the vegetable samosas served on Thursday morning. I also love how they have different variety of Sri Lankan curries in the morning. Also their fruits were ripe and very sweet. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell of the room when we arrived and they moved us to another room. The pool was very nice to swim in and their burger was tasty. Their laundry service is quick and very tidy."

"This is an excellent property at a beautiful location with great views. The breakfast I had here was one of the better ones I had in SL. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only thing I will mention is getting to this place is through a km of very narrow hilly road. Trust your driver and hopefully you do not have too big of a car. Once you get here, the view and the resort is worth it. Minimize the up and down trips to city of Kandy from here if you can and spend more time at resort."
