"The staff had organised balloons, cake and fizz on arrival for a birthday.
All staff were friendly and very helpful.
The welcome drinks were great.
The breakfast was fabulous, a great array of fresh food and staff were happy to provide cooked food which wasn’t on the counter.
The Spa was lovely as was the staff there.
We used the beauty salon and had a facial and massage and all was fantastic.
A truly relaxing experience."
