Clean, comfortable property nothing fancy, but easy to park. No restaurant or dining options on site, but there are a number of options close to the hotel on Waze at least a hotel on the opposite side of the road from where it actually is.

Last-minute switch to this hotel from another that was not acceptable. Our expectations were not high but we were pleasantly surprised. Bed was very comfortable, room was very spacious. Small balcony outside. Road noise minimal. Bathroom very large and somewhat spa-like in Its furnishings. TV was good, internet was fast, a/c was working and good! Restaurants within walking distance. Good amount of local info in the room binder.

What a delightful motel and such friendly and helpful staff. We were glad we chose this property. It was convenient for walking downtown to the Rugby Museum and lots of shops. The room was well appointed and my husband said it had the most comfortable lounge chair/seating of any property we had been in during our month of travel. What an amazing hidden gem - such great detail and oh so friendly- I mistakenly booked twice and they were so understanding and rectified immediately. Don’t pass the stables up , it’s an amazing experience

Stayed here for an Archery Tournament, cuz my previous place fell thru. And luckily they still had a room! Staff were super friendly and helpful. And my room was quiet and just what I needed to do the Tournament. Will definitely stay here again!

Brilliant motel. I travel to Palmerston North on a regular basis and this is one of the best motels I have stayed at. Large rooms, comfortable bed, good size kitchen with plenty of crockery. Large bathroom with good amenities and lovely large walk in shower. Very clean upgraded property. Although on busy main road, Fitzherbert Ave, motel sits at back of property and is very quiet. Staff were very helpful with any extras that we needed, parking was easy and location to supermarkets, cafes and lots of other shops was great.

Dated decor and upper rooms no view but friendly staff and clean!
