"Always stay here when I’m in Can Tho. Staff is wonderful. The environment makes me feel like I’m back in the states. But, admittedly, the treatment over here always surpasses that of experiences back home. Prices don’t disappoint and you’re in a great locations to experience all of Can Tho’s essentials. They have a solid gym with more than enough equipment. Clean equipment that is working which can’t be said for all hotels globally. And, the pool and views are nice right over the river. Highly recommended!"

"Nice clean "

"Long story short: after a 3-hour drive from Châu Đốc, we arrived at Hòa Bình Restaurant & Hotel around 3:00 PM, only to be told at reception that our pre-paid reservation made via Hotels.com had been canceled. The staff claimed that someone else had canceled “our” booking. When we asked to see proof, they showed us a written cancellation request—from Traveloka (a platform we never used)—for a guest with the same name but a different booking number, a different number of guests, and a different room category and rate. We clearly showed them our Hotels.com app, which confirmed that no cancellation had ever been initiated by us. Despite this, the hotel manager, Mr. Tuấn, insisted that we would have to pay again if we wanted to stay. We refused. After already driving 3 hours, we had no choice but to get back on the road and drive another 3 hours to a different city to find accommodation. We are now waiting for a full refund from Hotels.com. The inconvenience and frustration were significant—but we had no option but to swallow it and move on."

"Friendly staff and convenient location."

"We stayed for three nights and could not have been happier. The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. It was well equipped and had a lovely bathroom. The staff - who spoke very good English - were very attentive and kept in touch through WhatsApp and arranged numerous trips (including rescuing us when we had a flat bicycle tyre). It's a bit out of town but all the better for it. Breakfast also worthy of mention, freshly made and delicious with lots of fresh fruit mixing western and Vietnamese foods. I hesitate to recommend it because it is a hidden gem and probably won't stay hidden for much longer!"

"Place overall is clean compared to other 2 star hotels we’ve stayed at. Interior design is relatively new and modern. There are a few rust spots on water faucets and shower. The knob in the shower even came off on my second day there. Breakfast is included every morning at the coffee shop connected. You get a complimentary cup of coffee (choose from cafe den or cafe sua da). Coffee shop is maintained by the receptionist as well. Just keep in mind this area is not central to all the restaurants but it is very close to the ferry to go to Phu Quoc and Hon Son. But getting a Grab is easy. "

"Excellent location, quiet and a lovely room. Great quiet A/C as well lots of hot water with great pressure. Owners and receptionist ( especially Felix) were extremely helpful in booking bus tickets as well as confirming them. Would not accept payment for that service response was it was a pleasure and honor to serve you. Highly recommended and will return my next visit in Can Tho"
