We had a fabulous room after being given an upgrade to a junior suite. Great view of the lake and surrounding area. The receptionist was warm, polite and very helpful.
I really enjoyed my stay here. It was convenient to explore many area around Lake Geneva. The room was beautiful as were all the common space in the hotel. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast option was too expensive so we grabbed breakfast offsite. My only issue with the room was the shower. We couldn’t figure out how to avoid getting water all over the floor.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city. From the train station, it is a bit of a walk uphill. We had been traveling by train and decided to take a taxi to the hotel. Walking back to the train station was easy, as it was all downhill.
Everything is very modern and renovated. I loved our modern bathroom and shower. The bed was very comfortable. A portable air conditioner was also provided. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was included and it was as good as other hotel...
No air condition after 11pm makes the night sleep uncomfortable. Hotel shutdown air condition system as it is noisy for the neighborhood!! Tiny shower space.
Hotel and service was excellent. Stayed for two nights and had a noisy party in the room in the late evening next to us the first night. When we reported the incident to the hotel, they took care of it and was very apologetic and responsive in following up with us.Overall, a very nice stay
great location, great service, great hotel only with a parking it was not working so well. Guest of the hotel should have 50% off cost for parking. at arrival you get a ticket that you present at departure. Unfortunately it did not work.
I liked the place very much.
It has a parking, but they charge 5 dollars a day. The room is pretty clean and accurate to the photos (the rooms feel slightly bigger in the photos) The staff were nice, and check in and check out were very easy. They also give us transportation tickets for the time of our stay. We had a car, but I suppose they worked with metro and buses.
The bath and toilet cabins are not exactly private. They are small kiosks in the corner of the room, separated by thin wooden...
