"The hotel is located in the city center, so it’s walkable to the national theater, plaza/museum, parks, and other attractions. It’s next to a casino and feels more like an apartment building than a traditional hotel. The staff were very friendly and our room was extremely spacious. It even had a small kitchen area but there were no pots, utensils or plates whatsoever. We were under the impression that it offered a buffet breakfast but you actually ordered from the menu. Simple local foods. For the space and location, we’d consider staying here if we visit San Jose again."

This beautiful, old hotel has excellent staff who help you enjoy the free breakfast choices, the pool, and their amazing city. The parking is secure and included. Shower grab bars and bigger towels would improve this great hotel."
