"The first room they gave us has the dirtiest mattress i have ever seen, i walked in checked it , called the front desk and demanded a different room, they came immediately and moved us to a room the manager had checked, it had food under the couch , under the table as well, a key card and hair elastic were under the couch, dust covered everything, stains on the wall.... housekeeping is a joke at this hotel......"
