No elevator. Smoking allowed. No soap in the bathroom when we arrived. Thin bath towel. No hand towels. Had to request a hair dryer. Remote for tv needed batteries."

Hotels.com made us a lot of trouble. Although they declaired the price includeed fees and taxes it didn't. So we had to add extra 18% for taxes."
