The room was pleasant, try and ask for a room with a window. very hot water and great water pressure. laundry was offered for a reasonable (s/4) rate for a load.

Very clean hotel, great location, and everyone working there spoke decent english and were very helpful. We were there for the Santa Cruz Trek on our own, and they helped us with info on where to get the collectivo to get there and gave us advice on what time to leave and how much to expect to pay, etc. If you stay there, definitely don't skip their breakfasts! Nice fresh bread, juice and fruits, eggs, butter and jam...

Excellently located, and excellent price-quality hotel

Food was good at the restaurant.

The room was bright with a huge tv. Very comfortable.

It was perfect for our short trip. We had 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. A small but adequate kitchen and family room with a TV. The included breakfast was a great way to start our day. Fresh juice, eggs, local fresh bread and coffee. The staff was very accommodating. It was a very safe place and walking distance to everything and the downtown area. Highly recommend this place.

The staff was wonderful even though we got in late. Plus the bouldering wall is super cool!
