"We really liked it. The overall quality was excellent and the food at the restaurant in the evening was fabulous. When we arrived late in the evening, the very kind chef offered to make us a generous portion of food for the children even though the kitchen was closed. The location is good with an excellent view, very quiet place in a village quite close to Lucerne at 40 km. it is not crowded and you have parking spaces included in the cost. Full breakfast and of very good quality - everything excellent. Very kind staff. The breakfast area looks very good and very well maintained and very clean. The balcony in the room very large and pleasant. all the products in the room of the best quality - The hotel has recently been renovated with very good taste and materials of the best quality. The room size is very good for 2 adults and 2 children. very close at 1 minute walk 1 Denner grocery store well stocked. We will definitely come back."

"El hotel está excelentemente ubicado al frente del Tran y en el hotel te dan un ticket para que uses gratuitamente el servicio público, las camas muy cómoda, el baño, muy limpio, buen servicio de limpieza, pero lo que quiero resaltar es la muy buena atención de Sasha, el señor que estaba en la recepción muy muy amable habla como siete idiomas y nos atendió en español, muy atento, muy servicial y sobretodo se forzaba por atendernos y hacernos sentir a gusto. Muchas felicitaciones y gracias"
