"The view from the room was superb, the staff very professional and polite (shoutout to Mateo). The outdoor pool was beautiful. Note that the jacuzzis need to be reserved ahead (1-hour slots). The room was perfect, very comfortable. The included breakfast buffet had a lot of delicious options, and the restaurants also. The pizzas at the Praia restaurant are worth trying. We experienced an earthquake while staying there. Somehow, the staff remained calm and helpful. We loved our stay at The Brown, would 100% recommend."

"The listing on expedia is incorrect. It says there are free shuttles to the airport on a schedule. There are no free shuttles they have to call for transportation. It did not cost much but that should be corrected. Also better signage when you arrive . I got there in the dark and had trouble figuring out where reception was. The breakfast was delicious best one i had in three weeks in Colombia! Room was lovely but the shower floor could be dangerous as it’s slippery when wet. A bathmat would help!"
