I took my parents to Kezmarok and needed a big room, so we booked the junior suite. It was rather spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the hotel courtyard and the Tatras. The hotel is atmospheric -a series of old homes/businesses that are now connected. This gives the hallways a bit of a byzantine effect, but I thought it added to the property's character. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is about as centrally located as it can be in Kezmarok. Able to easily walk to everything....

Nice room, friendly hotel, good price. Quiet area but to be expected in the town. Very helpful staff both in the evening and the morning. Rooms 3 flights up with no elevator which was a bummer but welcome to europe. Overall it was nice.

This property encompasses a couple of buildings and a large backyard. There is an open air restaurant on site for food and beverages. The friendly staff speaks English which was very helpful. It is a 5 minute walk to the town of Poprad for anyone who wants more dining options. Very nice stop close to the Tatra Mountains

Fantastic hotel with wonderful clean rooms and friendly staff. The room we booked was perfect for our family and the pictures did not do it justice, we would highly recommend.

The food is very good. We liked the saunas, spas, and resting rooms around the spa/pool complex. The location near a forest with walking trails and the mountain view is spectacular.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The receptionist (possibly the owner) was very helpful and informative. She sounded like she's from Britain. There was another lady who was there and she spoke German. So if you can communicate in either Slovak, English, or German, you're pretty much set. The hotel has its own curbside parking in the front. A wonderful experience staying at this hotel. It is new, and built to be almost completely carbon - neutral. A stay at the hotel gives you unlimited access to the attached waterpark, including an excellent sauna area with eight different saunas, three cooling areas. We chose this place randomly for a last minute trip because Zakopane was pretty booked up. We couldn't have been happier. Our one bedroom apartment was modern and in great shape; the staff was friendly; the location was convenient to hiking and attractions on both sides of the border.
