"C’est bien, bel emplacement. Propre. Stationnement payant, malheureusement. C’est relativement dispendieux pour la qualité. C’est sombre dans l’hôtel et le thème New York semble un peu démodé. Services plus ou moins accessibles - pas de resto sur place sauf pour le déjeuner. Il n’y avait aucun guide dans la chambre pour expliquer les services et les postes télé. L’entrée au bâtiment est moyennement accessible sauf par la porte principale - ce qui n’est pas pratique quand on va se balader sur le bord de l’eau à proximité. L’ascenseur 🙄. Aussi la carte d’accès se démagnétise facilement, on doit constamment la faire réactiver, ce qui fait rouler des yeux les employés à l’accueil. C’est clairement un irritant fréquent."

"Everything was perfect, except there was no coffee place in town and hotel didn't have creamers so we can have a coffee at the hotel. We drove more than 15 miles to get a cup of decent coffee on Saturday morning! Our room was perfect and super clean - we highly recommend this hotel!"

"The location was perfect for our visit to the Sherblues Music Festival. The staff greeted us and made checking in smooth and easy. The room was cozy, with lovely decorative touches that made the stay extra special and memorable. The room was clean and amenities were plentiful and easily accessible. The breakfast menu was limited, but options were offered. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast on the open air patio served by staff. We had a wonderful experience and hope to return in the future. À la Prochaine!"
