"Spacious, clean and with a restaurant next door. We were able to rest before our flight. The young gentleman who checked us in (Carlos middle name) was very helpful, he even reserved a taxi to take us to the airport. We had a delicious dinner next door. I recommend this hotel."

"Very nice accommodations. There was some construction going on so during the day it was loud. Also, we had an issue with the air conditioning unit, it was loud and too noisy to get a good nights sleep. We had to turn it off (because there was no other option)which made for a warmer environment which was not ideal. Staff were awesome and they provided us with a map and great options for visiting places and dining. "

"We both really enjoyed our stay at the Posada Independencia. The building is very secure; the room was specious and clean. The staff, Mari… and Alejandra, are amazing. They both keep the Posada - an oasis - in good shape, and are excellent cooks too. Every morning they surprised us with most delicious breakfasts, typically Mexican dishes; always prepared with love. "This was a sex hotel! Took 45 minutes to check in …totally incompetent. Room had signs saying extra charge for dirty sheets and towels and vomit in the bed! Towels were like coarse sandpaper. No shampoo in shower. Forget hair blower. Broken air conditioner and noise from street traffic. Wouldn’t let us leave until they checked our room. Only good things…close to airport and hot shower. "
