"Had no hot water. No soap . Television reception terrible. Very noisy area. Restaurant had no selection. Will not stay there again."

"The property itself was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well kept. However, the service was disappointing. There was no help offered with our luggage, and the staff did not explain anything about the property, the amenities, or what activities were available during our stay. When we tried to ask questions at the front desk, the staff member was rude and seemed more focused on her computer than helping us. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but the customer service needs to improve."
