"Most of the staff was nice except an older woman who worked front desk. Being American I still spoke Spanish whole visit and gave pesos to everyone that helped us. Food was excellent at restaurant. And room service was excellent as well, plus it's 24hrs. Cleaning stsff came around asking if anything was needed. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to front desk older woman. She refused to help me and told someone else to help due to me only speaking English. As stated I spoke Spanish whole visit being fluent though I'm American."

"A great experience at a price you'll never find in the US or at least in california. The rooms are very spacious and have everything up to date including a smart TV with cable, microwave, air conditioner, and refrigerator. The overall architecture is very high end and you get your own carport with no garage door but the hotel has a main gate and is very safe inside the property. I rarely ever need a hotel but if I ever end up in Nogales sonora again this is definitely gonna be my go to hotel. The staff also accepts US dollars or Mexican pesos."

"Really good for a little magic Mexican town, pool is very little and it wasn’t working, staff is very friendly and helpful on information about the area, safe to go around even at night time, I’d go back and stay little longer…"
