Beautiful property and very friendly staff

To be sincere with review, we need to notice that is not a city hotel, is branded as an ecofriendly hotel at jungle. For that this is a great hotel. At pool you are surrounded by Big mango trees, were you can watch guacamayas, parakeets, monkeys, hummingbirs, squirrels. Gardens are clean until some mango fall or squirrel eats some nuts. Rooms have good views, cold air for hot & humid weather, Restaurant have small options but good flavor and clean installations.

The best hotel in day 6 of twelve. Very well kept and clean. Staff is phenomenal and leaps and bounds in techhnology like coded entry! Kitchen was small yet very useful and came with all utensils and pans and pans and coffee maker. Great value for the money and blocks from all the activity. Close to Palenque site. Just so happy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Mercedes Palenque. The rooms were comfortable and the ambiance was quite pleasant. There were 10 of is in 4 rooms so not all rooms were in the same bungalow, but it was ok. We enjoyed the jungle sounds in the morning and had the fantastic opportunity of watching a flock of parrots chattering in a tree and even watched them fly around. Never knew how much noise they make! That said, please keep in mind that you are in a rain forest and you may have a critter...

The hotel is located in a clean and quiet part of Palenque. The main bus station is an easy 2 blocks away. To get to the ruins, Taxis are at the door and even cheaper "collectivos" are about 3 blocks away. A good choice of restaurants is a few minutes stroll from the hotel. Truly an experience I will Never forget. The ruins in Palenque were something that I will never forget. The hotel is quiet, nice, has a pool and they were very accommodating and helpful. Great dining options within walking distance. I will be staying here again if I go back to Palenque.

Great breakfast, resturant and bar that served drink to pool. A/C worked well in both shared room and family room.

Easy check in

Beautiful little hotel on the way to Palenque archaeological site. The bungalow was spacious, the shower was good (plenty of hot water and normal pressure in the shower). 50-60 pesos away from Palenque town if you want to dine there as restaurant of the hotel is a bit limited.
