All was really good. Kids enjoyed the pool. Quiet night of rest. Excellent shower. Breakfast was fairly good. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful.
The reception staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. A shout out to all three that we dealt with - great customer service. The location is walking distance to the zocalo and a market area and small mall. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the hot power shower was fantastic. The property has a great location and the staff are very sweet people, we stayed there 7 years ago the first time and the property is still well cared for. Be sure to check out the rooftop terrace as it provides a beautiful view of the cathedral.

Loved this place. Very safe walkable and located near everything. Staff was extremely nice and friendly. They let us drop our bags early since we arrived early in the morning and was able to get us our room much earlier than check in. Will definitely stay here again!!!! Beautiful architecture of colored buildings right there. You couldn’t pick a better spot for sightseeing.
The family rooms are excellent when traveling in large groups. We had 4 beds and 2 bathrooms in our room with a great view. The area is very safe and the staff friendly. Great value for the price
