Our family (2 parents and 5 kids) stayed there for 2 nights and reserved 2 rooms . Very clean and spacious rooms and extremely nice manager - Mr Ali. He was very helpful and speaks good English ( for those who don’t speak Turkish like us ). Reasonable prices except for the meals that seemed more expensive than nearby Restaurants . Breakfast is great and hotel workers are quick to help you. Highly recommended .

Staff were very helpful. When we told them that we had difficulties about transportation, they went out of their way to help us. They gave us a free ride to the Hierapolis North entrance. When we had a problem with our Havas airport transfer reservation, they rebooked it for us and kept their eyes until we got on the shuttle in the evening. After checkout, we had time to spend until late afternoon and they let us use the pool area and bathroom downstairs. Meze style breakfast was abundant and...

It was an overall excellent stay. The damily that runs the hotel is very kind, helpful and accommodating. We requested for an early check in which they offered. My friend left his wallet in the bus we came to Pamukkale. The owners helped us immensely by calling the bus company and even going out there to get our belongings. They even guided us on tours and recommended good restaurants around. We loved our stay at Paradise Hotel.

Owner/manager and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. We visited in the off-season, so there was remodeling being done to the main dining area. The room was clean and comfortable and appeared newly remodeled. The accommodation is in a village setting so we heard roosters and dogs periodically. Location is walking distance to several small cafes and a short drive to historical sites. Very pleased and would stay here again.
