Extremely clean hotel. The staff is friendly and courteous. The standard double bed room is very spacious and comes with a king size bed. No need to upgrade to anything bigger. Breakfast is good but not huge. There’s only one egg dish and no pastries. A lot of Chinese type food and vegetables are offered.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel during June. Most of the desk staff spoke very good English and were very helpful during our stay. We arrived early on our train and they allowed us to store our luggage while we went out to visit the nearby area. We we returned to finish checkin, luggage was already up in our room for us. Breakfast had a good variety of fresh vegetables and fruit. All of the options were very nicely and arranged and plentiful. We all loved the spa pool! Very refreshing and relaxing! The scooters for the kids were also a favorite.
Just had a wonderful stay at Xianal Vacation Chateau (夏內爾渡假民宿). It was just a piece of paradise among the strawberry fields. It's just off the busy Taiwan Route No 3, but the noise level was not a concern due to good sound insulations. It's also a short drive to the town of Dahu for a nice meal. I spent a week in Taiwan and this is my favorite hotel for this kind of stay. I had business all over the country, but hate changing hotels, so it served as a great "base of operations." The only downside is distance from the High Speed Rail station and the traffic during rush hours, but it's worth the extra time to the amenities of this hotel.
Our room was perfectly clean and fresh. Bathroom was nice with a large shower and separate sauna type tub. Front desk staff were very professional and spoke enough English to make communication simple. Very pleasant stay and priced right.
Great secluded hot spring resort with a very relaxed atmosphere. Everything was great except for the breakfast experience where we had to wait 20 minutes for a seat and didn’t feel relaxed at all. Overall experience was still very positive, nice facilities and great staff, there was even a little fireworks show during our NYE stay.
