"Very nicely furnished and clean. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken, so the rooms were very hot. With all the windows open to get air, the vehicle and train traffic was very loud. The walk to the city center was a bit longer than anticipated."

The desk staff and concierge were wonderful: helpful, prompt and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, and the breakfasts offered a huge and delicious variety of cereals, breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, juices, coffees, teas, and more.
The overall value was excellent. The room was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The AC was needed in the heat wave. We checked in after hours and the key card was in a lock box with a code they sent us. We parked out front of the building, which was convenient and the first time we did not have pay for parking on our trip in Germany. Overall great stay!!

Very good hotel, with very friendly staff. Thank you. At this time, lots of construction going on in the area, which made the surroundings not as nice.
Heidelberg is not a big city, and most of the things can be reached by foot in less than 20 minutes. I think this hotel clearly provides a good stay because the location is perfect, just next to the central train station (you can just arrive, leave your bag, and go to the city).
We were there only for one night, so the room is comfortable enough for a short stay. The bed is good and the room is pretty clean.

Hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating. A little out of the way but if you arrive in time you can take the Klum train up the hill right behind the drop point behind the castle.
