"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They lock the door between the elevator and the lobby at night and there is no one at reception — I have a 6:00 am flight from Hannover and needed to leave the hotel at 3:30 am — I was banging on the door for 10 minutes but there is no one at reception. I almost missed my taxi, except I found a door open at the back and had to walk all around the hotel in the dark pulling my suitcases — I am 77 years old — this is outrageous and reckless — I am furious and will do everything I can to make sure no one stays there in the future — and I will let the Gedenksta Bergen-Belsen know of my horrendous experience "

"If you are expecting a luxurious hotel with all the bells and..... This is not for you. But great, friendly, clean experience, then definitely recommended. So nice."

"Das Gebäude wirkt von außen etwas unscheinbar. Der Checkin erfolgt komplett am Display am Eingang, was aber kein Problem ist und man bekommt die Zimmerkarte. Dann die Überraschung: ein modern eingerichtetes Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit Klimaanlage und einem tollen Badezimmer. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut aber überschaubar. Echter Negativpunkt: verschmierte Gläser für die Getränke."

"Very nice hotel, we only stayed for 1 night but was good. Only thing is the water shower is randomly superhot then you have to keep re adjusting. If your kids likes to shower maybe an issue."

"Wirklich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern, großen und gut eingerichteten Zimmern. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Liebe zum Detail, viele Bilder an der Wand, Dekorationen in den Fensterbrettern. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sonderwünsche werden sofort erfüllt. Herausragend war meiner Meinung nach das Frühstück. Dieses ist zwar sehr teuer, aber es war auch wirklich lecker mit frischen Brötchen, Lachs, Salaten, frischen, Erdbeeren, guten Säften etc. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Was könnte besser sein? Der Pool dürfte gerne etwas wärmer sein. Und der Tennisplatz wirkt dann doch etwas heruntergekommen. Aber wie cool, dass es überhaupt einen gibt! 5/5 Sternen 👍"

"Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean and spacious room. Good breakfast. We missed an electric car charger at the hotel. That might be a reason for us not to stay there again unless one is installed."
