"The room was pretty dated, hard bed,no working air-conditioning, €20 for a kettle of the room, balcony railing was questionable whether it was going to fall off or not, and their hero pictures of a nice spa is actually next door what has got nothing to do without the hotel. And this is meant to be a 4 star hotel. "
