The hotels is situated in a small town in the mountains. The property itself is meticulously restored with a lot of personal attention by the owner, Carlos. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent (close to the city center and lots of cafes, grocery stores, and tourist sites.) It is within walking distance of the train and bus stations.

I would recommend Nuvo Hotel as a wonderful place to stay in Oviedo.
The building it self look like missing maintenance, is very modern but huge structure hard to maintain need a new paint job. Rooms were ok. Is easy to walk from hotel to city center but coming back is all uphills
This was a wonderful one-night stop in the middle of a few days of driving. We particularly appreciated the check-in parking right in front, which we had not had at some other hotels in the old town of their city. The staff was gracious and always very helpful, even coming outside to ask if we needed help when we walked out the front door and hesitated before walking off.
