Sue was great! Very attentive, and organized. Made sure that we were settled in properly. We even had a small refrigerator in our room! She thought of everything. Loved all of the flowers and plants in the front yard. Her home and rooms were lovely. Would definitely come back!
We had a lovely, but too short stay here. We were easily able to check in and had a nice night's rest. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and very generous.
The staff was so helpful and so funny! The room was well small-ish but perfectly comfortable and the window opened for a nice breeze in the evening. The meals were very nice and the location/surroundings are beautiful!
After a busy week exploring Scotland, my boyfriend and I decided to make a stop for a couple of day in the quiet town of Windermere to get some rest and relaxation before continuing onto our busy adventures down in London. Jericho was just what we needed. The entire place was beautifully decorated and very very well kept. Our room was so cozy (but spacious) and luxurious--I probably could have just moved in. Oh and don't even get me started about the breakfasts! They serve up a WONDERFUL...
I can't say enough good things about my stay here. 1st was how safe myself and my husband felt leaving me alone at the hotel for several days while he worked. It was an amazing rejuvenating stay..amazing spa, meals, room, views, walking trails...I can't wait to go back. This is my go to spot for life!

Really enjoyed our stay at this modernized Victorian boutique hotel. Staff and owners were a major factor in making the stay so memorable. The updated property is immaculate, and has an excellent location in Keswick. Highly recommended as long as you don’t mind climbing stairs.
