Spent 10 days with our son & wife and grandson. Hotel is Very family oriented. All of the staff very friendly. Food was excelent and plenty to eat. All inclusive is the way to go. Would recomend this hotel to ANYONE. Weather at the time we were there was incredible, for the first part of Jan, 2016. Swam in the pools and in the ocian. Tenerife Island was awesome. Slept with patio door wide open every night and could hear the ocean waves hitting the beach we were so close. One of our best...

Clean room, great breakfast and high-class service.

What a wonderful place to stay! The service, the activities, and the food made this an incredibly memorable vacation. Great hotel for families with kids of all ages. Highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel near Teide- full of magic of mountains, fantastic stars at night, best view of Teide. The internet is a little bit slow, but the other conditions is perfect

We booked our trip to Tenerife as a spur of the moment trip and we did not know anything about the island. That made our decision on what part of the island and what hotel to stay in a challenge. After a lot of research, we came across RedLevel at Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora and we could not have picked a better place. The boutique hotel of a much larger resort, provided the intimate service of a luxury boutique hotel with the amenities of a large resort. Red Level has access to every part of...

The resort is simply amazing - the food, the staff, the service, the landscape - all work together to make the place special. The whole atmosphere was so tranquil and relaxing. This was a special stay. The Prestige rooms are also wonderful.

Amazing hotel in a nice reserved area, rooms are luxurourious, restaurant is great food choice is also extraordinary and all high quality, service is professional in all areas and well staffed. I think the original hotel for Gigantes, recently thoroughly refurbished to modern standards, prime location for Los gigantes, a huge complex, pools gardens, sunbathing, performance areas, outside bars tennis courts, they could have got 3 modern hotels on the site. The interior has also gym bar area with...

Good facilities. Friendly staff

Staff was fantastic and accommodating, rooms weee spectacular and they upgraded us without me asking because I asked for a balloon in the room for my girlfriends birthday. Short walk into town along the coast with tons of nice beaches and restaurants... with a short walk from the crazy party scene... would stay here again

Amazing hotel, 8 pools, shows every night, very nice rooms. What we didn’t like is that we had to commit 180€ from the pool bar for using the pool bed and they charge 2€ Just for calling the waitress. But overall 5* !!
