"Overall quality of the hotel was excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable. Big room with great bathroom, comfortable bed, fridge, safe and lovely view over the canal. Leisure facilities great. Gym was brilliant. Pool relatively small but adequate. Changing rooms could do with a little TLC. Reception area is currently being refurbished so untidy but should be super on completion. Nice bar area, although staff didn’t seem able to control the volume of the TV screen… possibly good the England game was turned down. Overall… super stay"

"Clean room, no separate shower room all in same room. No drink facilities in room but can be purchased from reception at a cost. Parking chargeable, plenty to do near by and in walking distances with plenty of nice food restaurant choices, bowling alley, cinema, mini golf, monkey business kids play area."

"Good air con. Plenty of parking extra at rear. Clean room. Lots of light switches but only 1 worked. No shelf in shower to stand anything on. Taps in sink not enough height to get kettle access. Corridor lit very dim a bit creepy for ladies on their own. Price of drinks in bar were extortionate. Lots of cameras in bar ceiling I counted 9 at least. No intention of taking our own drink but felt like Stalag 13 with cameras watching everyone. The wedding was excellent but not a place I would visit again to regimental."
