"We had a wonderful 5-nights stay at Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden. The location is absolutely amazing, surrounded by the beautiful Bavarian Alps and offering breathtaking mountain views. It is also conveniently located close to many sightseeing attractions, making it a great base for exploring the area. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and excellent quality. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always happy to answer our questions and assist with anything we needed. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a spectacular location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"The room was spacious but quite warm due to no air conditioning. Air conditioning was only in the main lobby for the front staff. You had to keep windows open and people around were smoking on the balconies and the smoke would go right into our room. The shower drain cap was also broken/loose. On a positive note the breakfast was Excellent!"

"The location was fantastic—quiet, charming, and close to local transportation and cafes. The unit was clean but felt kind of small for 4 people initially. However, it was perfect for a one night stay. Was very clean,, the breakfast was great and staff was very helpful. Private parking is available but limited space is available. Free off street parking was available nearby"

"We loved our stay at Grand Tirolia. Firstly, the staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming. Secondly, the food was INCREDIBLE. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The indoor pool was a great depth and the natural pool was beautiful (if a little cold!)."
