When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.
Fantastic service and attentiveness and excekkent breajfast with a wide variety of coffees and pastries, eggs and sausages. We booked a superior room and it was well worth the extra expense. Taxis are no more than 5 or 10 Euros to any attraction. Lebanese, Italian, German & Thai within 2 blocks walking distance.
Not much of a boutique hotel person but definitely was very pleased with this hotel. Largest bed I have seen or slept on in Europe , pillows soft and comfortable. Room and bathroom larger than most places and well design. Close to all main attractions. Definitely would recommend to stay here .
Parking is a bit tricky. There is a garage near that is secure- 9 euro per day. Have to smile for the camera and wait a long time for them to let you back in. But the car was secure.

The location of this hotel is outstanding. On Petersplatz, you are in the center of the Old City, convenient to almost everything that you want to see in Vienna. The staff were outstanding and helpful, the breakfast was exceptional with homemade cakes, full hot breakfast, etc. The only downsides for us were that the water in the shower kept swinging from ice cold to piping hot, especially if it was a busy time and that the phone didn’t connect to the front desk. We especially liked the location of the Graben Hotel. It was directly in the historic district, so it easy to the attractions we liked. The rooms were adequately sized, clean with all of he amenities we needed. The staff was extremely helpful. One staff member even walked us to a location because he realized it was a complicated route to get there.
