"No funcionaba la llave magnética de mi puerta y pasé un buen susto a las 3 de la mañana cuando volví al hotel porque no se habría. Tuve que bajar a la recepción y coger una llave nueva en las máquinas automáticas. Al día siguiente llevaron a un técnico a arreglar la cerradura pero aún así siguió funcionando muy mal."
