All good, very nice and clean and quiet.

when we arrived we realized the room we had booked wouldn't work as my mom needed help getting up from the toilet. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, moved us to a handicapped room at the same rate and checked to be sure we were comfortable. The next morning as we were leaving to meet family for Thanksgiving we realized we needed ground coffee for the pot and the hotel graciously gave us a package of theirs to take with us. This property is very clean, in a great location and appears brand new. I feel what really sets it apart is the exceptional, friendly and hard-working staff. From the front desk, to maintenance to the breakfast attendant, pride in their work is evident. This crew does an amazing job! Also, our room was spacious and nicely appointed. I really cannot endorse this property enough! 10 out of 10 I would return to this great property

Friendly staff, 24 hr hot cocoa and tea, great free breakfast, grab and go breakfast for early commuters.

We only stayed one night, but the room was clean, the front desk was very friendly, and the beds were comfy. We travelled with a young dog, and the area around the hotel was comfortable enough to walk him even very late at night. The breakfast offerings were wonderful, especially compared to some other hotels we stayed at recently. We were very happy with our choice and would stay again.

I chose to stay at this hotel when my mother came to visit us from Peru. We reserved a double room for all of us: mom, my 10 and 1 year old and myself. Check in was quick and effective with no issues. The room was clean and had all the supplies refilled. We order room service and food was tasty and reasonably priced. One of the bed was very uncomfortable and "squeaky", unfortunately the one my 1 year old and I were sharing. That was a bad experience for my back. Next morning before getting...

The manager Mr. Delaney was wonderful. Reminding guest name and ask how the stay is, gives it a personal touch. Every staff member was super nice. Location and parking was a plus. Room could need a little update but that was it. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice stay

We had a great experience overall. The hotel is nice and new. Being in the city, it is located near many restaurants and attractions. Our only complaint was that Sunday morning around 9am, there were not enough staff for breakfast so when we arrived, they were out of coffee, juice, water, fruit, bread, cereal, creamer, cups, toppings for yogurt.

Came in at 10:00 at night the gentleman at the front desk who is a senior at SIUe was very nice and took an interest in my son who is going to school there in the fall.
