"Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and the resort itself was beautiful. The staff was friendly, and the location was excellent. One suggestion I have is to be more transparent about the room location when guests book an ocean-view balcony. I booked an ocean-view balcony room expecting to have a clear view of the ocean. While my room technically faced the ocean, it was on the second floor, and the view was completely blocked, so I wasn’t able to see the water at all. It would be very helpful if guests knew in advance what floor their room would be on, or at least that lower-floor ocean-view rooms may have limited or completely obstructed views. That information would help set the right expectations and allow guests to choose the option that best fits what they’re looking for."

"Not the cleanest, but more than decent for the price. Perfect for our 1 night stay to go to a concert at the LA Club across the street. Location wise, no complaints. In the middle of all that Destin has to offer. Close to public beach access, although parking was not like it was 5, 10 years ago. Scarce and expensive. Close to varying food options, even walkable. Breakfast was as expected at these types of hotels, although pretty bare. I was disappointed they did not have a pancake machine, or even microwavable breakfast options as I have seen at other places."
