we staying in mid-July and along with one other couple were the only people in the hotel. However, the staff was all there and very attentive. The rooms were clean, very modern, and relatively spacious. We had a second floor room with a view of the water, which is ideal. Not all rooms had water views. It was a very nice, small hotel. The breakfast was made-to-order and plentiful. There are many restaurants within a short walk (1 block), so lots of choices. I would definitely go back.
This property isn't located in the tourist area, but down the street in a neighborhood with nice houses. It's very quiet and secluded**, which is exactly what we wanted. There's also a trail that leads to a private beach. There's a really nice seafood restaurant about a half mile away but if you want to be in the thick of things or be walkable to many attractions, then I'd suggest you stay somewhere else. Very clean, quaint hotel, the staff was very helpful Gave us many suggestions a plus was umbrella and chairs for the beach. We definitely recommend it would go back. Location is awesome.
