We were at the Mariemont Best Western for four days to attend a swim meet. Mariemont is an adorable, quaint village. The Best Western was such a unique hotel with much history. You will definitely enjoy your stay. The restaurant served wonderful food. We were thrilled with our stay.
Stayed here for the Bengals game and it was a great stay! Close to the stadium, numerous options for getting to and from the game without having to drive ourselves! Great breakfast in the morning, friendly staff! Would definitely stay here again in the future!
Stayed here for Miami University's graduation. A little far out from there but in a great area with restaurant choices and fast food for breakfast. Didn't choose the breakfast buffet for $10/person, so not sure on that. Hotel bar was nice. Large room had fridge and microwave. I'll stay again if in the area.
Expedia did a horrible job on this but the staff at the hotel Were excellent. I would stay there again but I will not use Expedia ever again. I waited over an hour to get my room because of Expedia’s in ability to do their job correctly. The stafff at the hotel did everything they could to make our stay great. Expedia still owes me a refund that they have refused to return and charged my card 3 times for one night. Expedia sucks, hotel and staff are great!
I love the Symphony! It is the only place I stay when in Cincinnati. It’s safe, quiet, quaint, great parking, the sheets are awesome wonderfully soft, Egyptian Cotton, mattress is comfortable, even my very picky daughter loved our stay. But if that doesn’t bring you in, the breakfast should. The crustless bacon cheese quiche is still making my mouth water just thinking about it. Fresh fruit, yogurt and great coffee. I can’t wait to be back at my Symphony. You will not want to stay anywhere else.
All staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The Hotel was new, so everything looked clean and fresh. The bar staff were fun to converse with. The cocktails were well made. The wine list was small and could use some work. Even the Valet was personable. Staff allowed us to meet with friends in the lobby area and socialize while sipping some wine. We had a good stay.
EVERY staff member was friendly and accommodating. I would especially like to mention BECCA, whose friendliness was outstanding. Her beautiful & sincere smile made us feel "at home". I spoke to several other guests who complimented Becca. She was "Miss Popularity"! My husband injured his hand while visiting relatives in the area, and I had to bring his breakfast to our room one day. Becca went out of her way to get me a container to accomplish this. Wonderful rooms! What space and nice beds. Shower was awesome. The breakfast was great, not just good. The sausage gravy biscuits were on spot and had good eggs and choice of both meats. Pancakes and muffins and bagels too! A . It was so close to the Liberty square with all the stores and restaurants and mall!
Immaculate facility, comfortable, spacious, friendly absolutely loved this hotel! Also you will NEVER find a better breakfast included at a hotel anywhere in the US. We are traveling a lot over the next few months and I am trying to find another Residence to say in because this one was so great! Also a warm pool and a nice gym didn't hurt either! Location was wonderful for our family as well, we arrived tired and ended up walking across the parking lot for dinner. So easy!
We had a very brief stay (as planned) but were happy with all facets: friendly and helpful staff, good airport shuttle, clean room good air conditioning and comfortable bed.
Liked the character of the property. Room was HUGE compared to most hotels. Enjoyed the river view. Wasn’t able to make use of the fitness center, but it is an awesome perk that comes with the room.

The staff was very pleasent and the food offered at the restaurant and fir breakfast were very good. I really liked the restaurant/bar on the 4th floor with the outdoor seating. One thing that would make this place even better would be a pool.
Great place to stay. You not only get a free breakfast, but basically dinner. They call it a snack, but it was enough for dinner. You also get three alcoholic drinks each night of your stay during the evening “snack.” The rooms were clean and quiet. We did have a problem with our shower the first night, but it was fixed immediately. Will definitely stay here again.
