"The front desk lady, cant rmbr her name like many others I forget. Black lady with hazel eyes. Wish I rememberedher name so I could just state that. Anyway, she was very welcoming and helpful. Breath of fresh air in these times. If the hotel was updated and insulated better, it would've been great. Super noisy. Doors way too loud when they close. Can be heard and felt too well from next door and doors farther away. Too hard to sleep and decipher if there was someone at our door. Bathrooms very dated with low toddler level toilets it seemed like. No ventilation fan to turn on in the bathroom and it out of the rest of the room was quite hot. The AC worked very well. Beds could be more plush but they were decent. Not sure if this is standard for this hotel chain but it really really needs updates. Looks and smells old. Like has been the case too many times, online photos give a more appealing portrayal of this property. Will try not to stay here again if not updated. Did not try breakfast or take time to try other amenities nor watch tv."
