"We stayed there for a basketball tournament - 2 adults, 2 teenagers. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location very clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were great! Breakfast was good. Across street was an ice cream shop that sold hot food items also and a cute mini golf course. Very convenient. Room was small for 4 people, but we made it work. It was 2 double beds, so it wasn't assumed it would be a huge room. Shower was awesome! Roomy, capsule, walk-in."

"The room was fine although there was this smells that it had, It could have been the carpet in the room. Also I they provided all toiletries as far as for a shower but the body was empty and when I messaged about it they said it was filled. They must have misunderstood on what they filled but they had someone bring it up to the room as I messaged about it. Other than that the hotel was fine "

"Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast, efficient and the fastest of any hotel where I have stayed. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices. The hotel provided a list of nearby restaurants and activities. It is an easy drive from Harrisburg airport (MDT) and there is plenty of free parking. I plan to stay here again next year for our annual family reunion. It is an excellent choice in the Lancaster area."

"Rooms were perfect; staff was great; property was under renovations so the gym and pool were unavailable. Breakfast was breakfast; it was good for mass cooked food and the eating area was clean. We’ve stayed at this hotel in the past for tournaments. In previous stays, the staff would kick everyone out of the lobby at 9 for some reason. This year they let us hang out and do team bonding without complaint. It was refreshing!"

"Room was DISGUSTING! Not fit for human occupancy!!! Blood on the sheets, dirty pillow case, floors not mopped and showers had mold and mildew everywhere. We had a large group stay at this hotel and all had a similar experiences. Take all the sheets and burn them!"
