Clean Room. Great stay and hotel staff and folks staying there are very pet friendly. Frankie our golden retriever pup had a good time and all of the staff adored her. She was one tired pup after the trip. One of the cleanest pet friendly hotels I’ve stayed at. Pet fee was minimal compared to other places. NOTE: The Fairfield Marriott in town is NOT pet friendly (and I have status with Marriott).

Since 4 years, whenever I visit SC I stay with this hotel . I never had any complains or an issue, Employees and management were freindly and so nice. The rooms were cleane and convertible . It happened in one of my business trips to SC that Courtyard has no rooms available, I went to another hotels with good names. However, Courtyard is closer to my needs and wants. Simply, it is my hotel.
Excellent stay, although my late check-in was likely the reason for the room assignment right behind the elevator bank. I did complain about the elevator's MUSAK being too loud, which they addressed right away, but the noise from the elevator buzzer as it reached the floor could be unnerving. No other rooms were available until the next day of 2-day stay, so chose not to move even though offered. Above average breakfast.
We love staying here when we visit our daughter! Its close to Penn and there is a great restaurant downstairs so you don’t have to go into town to try to find parking and a place to eat.
The service was excellent. There was one person in particular named Cara at the front desk who was amazing. Love the hardwood floors in the rooms instead of the nasty carpet. It was a great stay!
This hotel is lovely. Updated, clean and close to town, shopping, highways,etc. The restaurant is quiet and the food is very good. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful.
Hotel itself was great. Biggest complaint...we had one choice to eat so we had to eat there because it was the only place that was open. Never would have been our choice.
The condo was lovely, and super comfortable. We were at the beginning of a very long trip, and it was terrific to have a lovely full kitchen, so we could reheat our leftovers, and set up a nice breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable. Despite being on a busy corner, it was very quiet. It was also great to have designated parking. I have only two issues: the doorway is dark, so seeing the way to get to the pad in order to get to our room key was problematic; and we are people people, so...
The room was excellent. The shower in our room was A+. The breakfast was borderline ok. I hate sausage and that was the only meat offered in four days. Cleaning staff were really friendly and fun to be around. The staff…. Super.
